Shipping Services
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Radiant Delights offers various shipping options via USPS.
All orders shipped within the Contiguous United States are sent via USPS unless otherwise specified. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Processing & Delivery Estimates
Radiant Delights ships orders based on the method you select at checkout. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Radiant Delights is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for all applicable federal and provincial shipping-related taxes, and agree to comply with U.S. export laws related to purchased products.
Third‑Party Shipping Providers
Radiant Delights partners with trusted third‑party carriers (primarily USPS) to deliver your order. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Radiant Delights is not liable for any loss, damage (direct or indirect), or expense resulting from shipping.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide complete and accurate address details, including suite, apartment, or building numbers where applicable. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or the absence of a recipient, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.

USPS may leave packages at the recipient’s address if no one is available to sign. At their discretion, drivers may leave a notice for additional delivery attempts.

Radiant Delights is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after delivery. We recommend shipping to a workplace or ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

If you select “Signature Required for Delivery”, your package will only be released upon signature. USPS will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to us.
Packages Returned to Sender
If your order is undeliverable and returned to Radiant Delights, you will receive a store credit for the product amount, minus shipping costs. To resend items, a new order must be placed. In some cases, USPS may flag undeliverable addresses, requiring an alternate shipping address for future deliveries.
Limitations of Liability
Radiant Delights is not responsible for delays caused by weather and/or other circumstances beyond our control.
